By Sharon R. Lee

You’ve been playing Monster Hunter World for a while now, and you’re probably pretty used to it by now.

You know how to craft all sorts of armor pieces and weapons, where to find them and how they work.

But what if you want your gear looking more different than just slapping on a coat of paint? There’s actually a way for you to change the color of any piece of armor in the game!

So you’ve been playing Monster Hunter World, getting used to the gameplay and crafting so many new pieces of armor.

  • You can change the color of your armor.

  • You can change the color of your weapon.

  • You can change the color of your Palico's armor.

  • You can change the color of your Palico's weapon.

  • And you can also change up their mask, which is just a secondary piece of equipment for them to wear when they're not in combat mode!

By now you should be up to speed on streaming, decorations, and just about every other aspect of Monster Hunter World.

While you’re going through all this stuff, though, your Hunter may be looking a little plain.

While you’re going through all this stuff, though, your Hunter may be looking a little plain. While the armor is designed to be practical and functional, it also has a simple look to it that doesn’t stand out all that much when compared to other armors in the game.

To change up their look and make them pop more visually on screen, players can mix and match different pieces of armor with each other.

This gives players more flexibility over what type of look they want their character to have while still getting the benefits of each piece of gear they wear

You have a lot of armor pieces in your arsenal at this point.

You have a lot of armor pieces in your arsenal at this point. You've been able to change the color of certain armor pieces for a while, but now it's time to take things up a notch.

You can change the colors of your entire set by changing one piece and making it match everything else.

Or you can mix and match parts from different sets, which adds a little more variety to your look (and makes sense if you're the kind of person who wants to wear different clothing every day).

But what if you want to change the way they look?

You can't just slap a piece of paint on it like you do with decoration slots on your Palico equipment. Your hunter has two armor sets available to them at any one time, and each of these give their own bonuses when worn.

So if you're going for an all-green look or something more colorful, it's best not to swap out armor pieces in between hunts.

You can’t just slap a piece of paint on it like you do with decoration slots on your Palico equipment. The color of each piece of armor is embedded in the item itself and can only be changed with paintballs or paint.

Paintballs are relatively easy to come by as they are found in the field, but they are also sold at many merchants throughout the game world.

They come in three colors: red, white and yellow. When used on an item in your inventory, the color will change according to what you have painted your character's body parts with; for example, if you want all of your armor to be red then you will need to make sure that every part of your character has been painted that color first before applying a new coat (or coats) overtop them all willy-nilly without regard for what order they were created originally!

If you're not keen on spending real money on in-game currency then this might seem like quite steep price tag when compared against just using standard supplies found within MHW's world but there is another option available!

Paintballs can also be made by mixing ingredients together inside an alchemy pot provided that recipe calls for it--and those recipes can be bought from merchants across New World zones too!

Your hunter has two armor sets available to them at any one time. You can switch between these sets by selecting the Change Appearance option from the main menu, or by pressing R2 on consoles and O button on PC. The first set will be highlighted in white text, while the second set will be highlighted in red text.

In addition to seeing each of your current armors on this screen, you'll also see any armor that you've collected so far in your game (except for event-related gear). This makes it easy for you to quickly swap out pieces of armor that aren't currently equipped with ones that are better suited for whatever task lies ahead of you.

Each of these give their own bonuses when worn.

Once you've unlocked the ability to change your armor colors, you can start mixing and matching. Each of these give their own bonuses when worn.

  • Armor Color: The color of your armor changes from blue to red as you equip more pieces of a given set. This is true for both weapons and armor, although some sets have unique colors that are not related to their overall set bonus (like the Devil May Cry 5 Dante collaboration gear).

  • Decoration Colors: In Monster Hunter World, decorations are items that add visual flair or utility (or both) to weapons and armors—but they also allow for further customization. While there are only a handful of weapon decorations available in-game, most armors come with several options for decorations that change how they look as well as how they perform in battle—by giving them special skills like blocking or dodging attacks on top of their basic damage-dealing potentials.

The nice thing about armor in Monster Hunter World is that each piece can be mixed and matched to create crazy combinations of armor pieces from different sets.

The nice thing about armor in Monster Hunter World is that each piece can be mixed and matched to create crazy combinations of armor pieces from different sets. For example, you can mix and match a Crimson Glaive Handler set with a Rathalos Mail Alpha set for a great look.

In this guide, we'll show you how to change the color of your armor if you want something more colorful than just white or black.

A piece from the Anja armor set may work well with other parts from the Rathalos piece, for example.

You can mix and match armor from different sets to create a unique look.

This means you can change the color of your hunter’s outfit by mixing and matching with different pieces of armor attached to each other.

Armor has several different slots on it for different pieces such as legs and arms. You can mix and match armor pieces to create a look that is unique to you, or you may prefer to choose one color for your entire set of gear.

Armor colors can be changed in the Hunter’s Dream by talking with the Smithy NPC. The Smithy will ask if you want to buy a paintball ticket or use one of your own monster material drops (such as ores) instead.

If you choose either option, he will ask if you want him to change the colors on all of your equipment or just a single piece of gear selected from your inventory screen with the X button.

This will make the entire set that color.

You can change the color of your armor by mixing and matching different pieces of armor attached to each other. Just like with changing your weapon's color, this will make the entire set that color.

To do so, open up the Palico menu in-game (press triangle on PlayStation 4 or Y on Xbox One), then select "Customize Palico." From there you'll see a list of all available palico parts; scroll down until you find one labeled "Armor" and select it.

At this point, a new window will pop up showing all current palico parts that can be changed—there are usually around seven different slots per category (for example, headgear) and three categories per part type (for example, face).

To change colors for individual parts within a group, highlight one piece at a time by pressing left or right on d-pad before pressing x/A to toggle between colors; once again as before any changes made here will affect only those specific pieces rather than across an entire set!

Conclusion

These are just some of the different ways you can change the color of your armor in Monster Hunter World. The game has so many options that it can be overwhelming at first, but once you get used to it then you should have no problem finding something that suits your style.
